About Napoli:
Café Napoli was founded in 1992, by Hassi Sadri. In 1993, it was chosen by Pizza Magazine as one of the hundred hot spots in the nation.
We have, Since then, Napoli has received numerous accolades for the Best
Restaurant in the Sacramento area. In 1997, Café Napoli opened the Culinary School section called “Napoli Culinary Academy”. Due to
Hassi Sadri’s numerous accolades, culinary expertise and great success has earned him the title of, International Culinary Judge. He has
also been one of the Celebrity Judges at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas for several years, becoming the Head Judge in 2012.
Today, Napoli is also home to Café Napoli Restaurant where lunch, pastries and gourmet coffees are served in addition to
an Italian Wine and Beer Bar. The Academy hosts popular (couples, group and team building )cooking classes in addition to our Award-
Winning Event Catering.
Program:
Pizza baking classes are being offered. Join us to
learn how to create your own Gourmet Pizza’s at
home! Not only will you be learning but you will
be having fun doing it! Every week, the student
with the best- tasting pizza and presentation will
be entered into the final competition, at the end
of the month. The winner of the competition will
be awarded with a $3000.00 Scholarship towards
our renowned Culinary Arts Management Program.
