unique culinary environment, along with California's abundance of fresh produce and meats, provides the perfect

Academy Mission & Philosophy:
Napoli Culinary Academy strives to provide each student a positive and creative environment within which to
study the Culinary Arts. With the belief that work should be personally fulfilling, our goal is to train students
for an exciting career in the culinary field. Students will be equipped with the skills and expertise required to
work in the Culinary Arts. What separates Napoli Culinary Academy from other culinary schools is the we
are not just creating cooks. We believe in a well- rounded culinary education and leadership which includes
training in Food and Beverage Management in addition to full restaurant and Institutional Operations including
hotels, hospitals and universities to just name a few. When you graduate from our Academy you have the
capabilities of running Food and Beverage Operations in any scale, such as your own restaurant, catering operation
or managing somebody else’s establishment.
Cafe Napoli Event Catering and Restaurant prides itself in providing first class cuisine and service. Cafe Napoli Catering has catered events
in the Sacramento area since 1992, having won many local and national awards and recognition.
Café Napoli was founded in 1992, by Hassi Sadri. Mr. Sadri's nationally recognized restaurant, Cafe Napoli appeared on the cover of
Pizza Today Magazine in 1993, making the restaurant one of the Top 100 Unique Restaurants In The Nation. Since then, Napoli has
received numerous accolades for the Best Restaurant in the Sacramento area. Café Napoli quickly became Sacramento’s premiere hot-spot.
It has been the place to go to for mouth-watering gourmet dishes and who to contact for the best event catering in town, having catered
everyone from the Governor’s office to exclusive local weddings.
Mr. Sadri has an extensive national and international background in the Culinary Arts. He has a PhD in Industrial Management and
experience ranging from being the Director of Food and Beverage of a premiere Hotel Casino in Reno, General Manager of a Las Vegas
Hotel, Restaurant Management, Hotel Consulting of a prestigious hotel in London, Industrial Kitchen design in Austria to being the founder
of the popular Cafe Napoli in Sacramento. Mr. Sadri's talent as a nationally recognized gourmet chef and his very popular, Cafe Napoli
were recognized many times throughout the years with various accolades in the Sacramento area. This exposure and recognition inspired
him to open the academy. His background and passion for teaching in earlier culinary experiences, including television and film activities,
provided the encouragement he needed to start the Napoli Culinary Academy and Event Catering In 1997, Café Napoli opened the Culinary
School section called “Napoli Culinary Academy”. Due to Hassi Sadri’s numerous accolades, culinary expertise and great success has
earned him the title of, International Culinary Judge. He has also been one of the Celebrity Judges at the International Pizza Expo in Las
Vegas for several years, becoming the Head Judge in 2012. Today, Napoli is home to Café Napoli Restaurant where lunch, dinner, pastries
and gourmet coffees are served in addition to an Italian Wine and Beer Bar and the Culinary Academy. The Academy hosts popular
(couples, group and team building )cooking classes in addition to our Award-Winning Event Catering.
Recently, Mr. Sadri has been asked to judge prominent culinary competitions around the nation.
