Cauliflower Cheese

Cooking time: 45 mins

SERVES: 4-6

Ingredients

-1 Cauliflower.
-30g butter.
-30g flour.
-500g milk.
-10g mustard powder
-2g nutmeg.
-250g cheddar cheese.
-50g Parmesan.
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)

Method

-Cut your cauliflower into florettes and Blanche in salted water for three minutes set aside to cool whilst you make your sauce.
-Play show butter into a medium-size pan bring to a foaming stage, then add your flour and mix. Cook this mixture out for around five minutes until lightly golden then add your milk gradually as you thicken the sauce.
-When all the milk is incorporated Cook to sort out for around five minutes then add your salt, pepper, nutmeg and mustard powder.
-Grate your cheddar cheese and add to the sauce, give it a good mix then add your cauliflower florettes and folding. Put this into a pan, cover with more cheese and grated Parmesan cheese. Roast in 180° oven for 30-35 minutes Until golden brown and Bubbling. Serve & enjoy.
