Chilli Sauce

Ingredients

- 100g red chilli peppers

- 2 clove garlic

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp ground cumin

- 1/2 tsp ground coriander

-20g Parsley

-1/2 onion

- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

- 1 tin plump tomatoes

- 2 tbsp olive oil

Method

-In a blender or food processor, combine the red chilli peppers, garlic, onion, salt, cumin, coriander, red wine vinegar, tomatoes, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.

-Adjust the seasoning if necessary and set aside.
