Pickled Red Cabbage

Ingredients

- 200g Red cabbage, finely shredded

- 100ml white vinegar

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp sugar

- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

- 1/2 tsp black peppercorns

Method

-In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, white vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard seeds, and black peppercorns. Mix well.

-Transfer the cabbage mixture to an airtight container or jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
