Egg, Ham & Cheese Jonny Cakes

Ingredients
-400g Strong Flour.
-75g Butter.
-7g Dry Yeast.
-10g Salt.
-15g Baking Powder.
-75g Sugar.
-250g Water.
-2L Sunflower Oil.
-Sliced Smoked Ham.
-Sliced Cheese.
-6 Fried Eggs.
Method
-firstly, crumb together your flour and butter. Add your salt, baking powder, sugar and yeast, then need together with your water for 5 to 7 minutes until a semi smooth dough is achieved cover and leave to prove the temperature for half an hour.
-knock back and shape into balls and then
Flatten & fry at 170 until golden brown. Flipping every 15-20 seconds, cooking should take around 6 minutes.
-leave to rest for 25 to 30 minutes then Slice and stuff with your ham, cheese and fried egg.
