T-bone Steak & Bearnaise Sauce

Ingredients
-Bèarnaise Sauce
- 1x 800g T-bone.
-Flaked sea salt & Cracked black pepper.
-30g Sunflower oil.
-5g Rosemary.
-5g Thyme.
-3 Cracked Cloves of garlic.
-80-100g butter.
Method
- Grab your meat and season it well. Rub with oil and set aside.
- Heat your skillet until it’s hot like proper hot the place you steak in and rubbing it around the pan every now and again, after about 4 minutes flip and continue to cook for a further 4 minutes.
- Stick in your butter & aromatics then baste for a minute. Transfer onto a tray and cook in a 120c oven for about 35-40 minutes.
- Rest in tinfoil for 10 minutes the carve and serve with your bèarnaise sauce.
