Curry Dog (Bratwurst)

Ingredients

- 4 Bratwurst sausages

-100g crispy onions

-2 baguettes

For the Curry Ketchup:

- 200 grams of ketchup

-100g beer

- 2 tablespoons of curry powder

- 1 tablespoon of honey

-1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

-1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

- Salt and pepper to taste

Method

-To prepare the curry ketchup, warm the ketchup and add the beer, baking soda and stir, then curry powder, honey, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

-While the sauce is simmering, grill the Bratwurst sausages. medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning them regularly until they're browned and fully cooked.

-Serve, the bratwurst in your baguette (toasted if you like) covered in curry ketchup and crispy onions.

-Enjoy.
