Big Mac Burger

Ingredients

-400g beef mince 20% fat.
-flacked Salt & Cracked Pepper.
-100g Mayonnaise.
-50g American Mustard.
-50g Ketchup.
-1 diced white onion.
-30g chopped pickles.
-3g onion powder.
-3g garlic powder.
-3g paprika.
-3g dried dill.
-25g white sugar.
-20g white vinegar.
-1/2 iceberg lettuce.
-1 cucumber.
-100g cider vinegar.
-25g dill.
-5g mustard seeds
-400g apple juices
-10g salt.
-20g sugar.
-2 seeded buns.
-4 slices of cheese.

Method

-Firstly do you want to slice your cucumbers about 3 to 5 mil thick and place in a metal bowl, then bring your Apple juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard seeds, dill, peppercorns and Nigella seeds up to the boil and pour over your cucumbers. Set aside for a minimum of 30 minutes.
-In a bowl mix together your mayonnaise, ketchup, American mustard, paprika, onion and garlic powder, dried dill, white vinegar, white sugar and diced pickles.
-Ball your mince into 100 g balls then fry smashed on a medium to large frying pan, season heavily and finish with cheese.
-shred your lettuce and finally dice your onion.
-Cut your buns into three then toast lightly in a dry pan. Now it’s time to build.
-Bun, sauce, onion, lettuce, burger, cheese, pickles, bun, sauce, onion, lettuce, burger, cheese, pickles, sauce, bun.
-Not conventional but that’s the way I like it. Enjoy.
