Vanilla Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
-1 Vanilla Pod, Scrapped.
-700g Dark Chocolate, 50% cocoa solids.
-1 Tin Condensed Milk.
Method
-add all the ingredients to a metal bowl, then place the bowl over a boiling pan of water. Stir until melted and combined.
-Set in a lined 8 inch tray for two hours minimum in the fridge.
-Portion , Serve & enjoy
Chefs Tip-
-for this recipe, you can switch out the vanilla for any flavour, you would like Cardamon, cinnamon, Bayleaf, Rosemary, freeze dry raspberry powder, salt or any other you can think of. The choice is yours.
