Christmas Leftovers Sandwich

Cooking time: 30 mins

Serves: 1

Method

- Thinly slice your leftovers and set aside.
- Spread mayonnaise across BOTH sides of each bread slice. Now spread cranberry chutney on 1 side on each slice.
- Layer your favourite Christmas leftover on top of the cranberries, adding some grated cheddar in between each layer.
- Close your Sarnie and set to one side.
- Bring a pan of oil/duck fat and butter to a medium heat and toast your Sarnie on each side until golden brown. Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 6mins at 175°c. Re-heat your leftover gravy.
- Serve your hot, toasted Christmas Sarnie with a steaming pot of dunking gravy… and enjoy!
