Loaded Hashbrown

SERVES: 2-4

Ingredients

-3 Chipper potatoes.
-200g butter melted.
-6 strips of streaky bacons.
-2 black pudding discs.
-2 Eggs.
-sauce of choice.
-Salt & Cracked Pepper.

Method

-Grate or finally Julian your potato and mix with a good pinch of salt, leave on the side to sit for 20 minutes then with a clean cloth squeeze out all of the juice. put the remaining potato into a fresh bowl and pour over 180 g of the butter, Season with black pepper then fry in a medium size nonstick pan for roughly 10 minutes on each side. In a separate pan fry off your bacon and black pudding, then strain the fat and you some too fry off your egg. Build, lash with sauce and enjoy.
