Salt & Pepper Chips

Cooking time: 30 mins

SERVES: 2-4

Ingredients

-1k chipper potatoes.
-1 Red pepper.
-1 Green pepper.
-1 Onion.
-30g ginger.
-1 Carrot.
-2 Cloves of garlic.
-1 red chilli.
-5g your favourite peppercorns. I used Black, pink & Szechwan.
-Flacked Sea salt.
-2g 5 spice.

Method

-Cut your potatoes into chips and washed in cold water, Drywell and place on a oiled baking tray then bake in a 180° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
-Slice your vegetables and heat up a walk style pan until it’s very hot. Add a drizzle of vegetable oil and stirfry your vegetables, garlic, ginger & chilli with no seasoning for 2 to 3 minutes until Chard.
-Pour in your crispy chips, season with your pepper, salt and five spice. Then toss and serve onto a plate.
