Cheese & Pickle Toastie

Ingredients

-2 slices of Sourdough.
-50g of cheddar.
-50g of Red Leicester.
-50g of Gruyère.
-1/2 a ball of mozzarella.
-30g pickle.
-20g Mayo.
-20g butter.

Method

-Grate your cheeses and slice your mozzarella, place your break down onto the board and build your sandwich.
-Spread the outside of the bread with mayonnaise and caramelise in butter on a medium heat for around three minutes on each side until gooey and delicious.
-Serve and enjoy.
