Easter Egg Brownies

Ingredients

-5 large Eggs
-400g light brown sugar
-200g dark chocolate 70%
-100g milk chocolate
-200g butter
-50g sunflower oil
-140g Plain Flour
-4g baking powder.
-All your easter egg leftovers

Method

-Beat together your eggs and light brown sugar until fully incorporated. - Melt together your dark & milk chocolate with the butter & sunflower oil in a bain marie. Before beating into the eggs & sugar. - Now fold in the flour & baking powder until fully smooth. - Crush your easter eggs to your desired size (keep them chunky for a good bite). Before string into the brownie mixture. - Pour into a lined baking tray and bake at 165ºc for 25 mins. Leave to cool completely in the fridge before serving.
