Ingredients

- 150g Jumbo Oats

- 15g Sliced Almonds

- 15g Brasil Nuts (roughly chopped)

- 10g Sunflower Seeds

- 10g Linseeds

- 30g Dried Figs (Sliced)

- 15g Dried Blueberries

- 15g Dried Goji Berries

- 15g Dried Cranberries

- 15g Saltanas

- 400g Fresh Apple Juice

- 120g Pro-biotic Yoghurt

- 1 Gala Apple (grated with peel)

- 1/2 lemon (juiced)

Method

- Toast the nuts & seeds on a dry roasting tray in a pre-heated oven at 165ºc for 8mins (checking often) until lightly golden. Then leave to cool.

- Once cooled, combine with all remaining ingredients. Mix well, cover with cling film, and leave to soak over night.

- Serve with your favourite fresh fruits, organic honey, and enjoy!
