Ingredients

-4 wagyu beef burgers.

-4 thick slices of pepper Jack cheese. 

-Quick Pickles

-Bacon Jam

-Burger Sauce

-4 Burger Buns

Method

-Fire up your barbecue for direct cooking. Once hot, oil the bars, then grill your burgers, turning after a minute or so as to not burn.

-Add your cheese, close the grill and melt.

-Take your burgers off when they’re cooked to your desired cuisson.

-Toast your burger buns on the hot grill (they will soak up any left over cooking oils & juices).

-Spread burger sauce all over both sides of the bun, place on your burger and melted cheese. Cover in the bacon jam, top with a handfull of pickles and crown with the top side of the toasted bun. Enjoy!
