Berry Blast Ice Lollies

SERVES: 4

Ingredients

- 200g raspberries

- 200g blueberries

- 200g strawberries, hulled

- 100g blackberries

- 30g honey (optional, for added sweetness)

- 100g coconut water.

Method

-In a blender, combine the raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, honey, and water. Blend until smooth.

-strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.

-Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

-Insert the sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
