Blood Orange & Strawberry Ice Lollies

SERVES: 4

Ingredients

-400g strawberries, hulled.

- 3 oranges.

- 30g honey.

- 100g coconut water.

Method

-Roughly chop the strawberries.

-Squeeze the juice from the blood oranges to yield approximately 200ml of juice.

-In a blender, combine the strawberries, blood orange juice, honey, and water. Blend until smooth.

-Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

-Insert the sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
