Paloma

Ingredients

- 60ml tequila
-200ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 15ml simple syrup or agave syrup
- Ice cubes
- Grapefruit wedge, for garnish
-soda to top
- Salt or Tajín chili powder, for rimming the glass (optional)

Method

-Fill the glass with ice cubes.
-In a shaker or mixing glass, combine the tequila, fresh lime and grapefruit juice, and simple syrup.
-Shake or stir well to mix the ingredients.
-Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice cubes.
-Top up with soda.
-Gently stir to combine.
-Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
-Serve and enjoy the refreshing Paloma!
