Cooking time: 10 mins

SERVES: 4

Ingredients

- 4 medium limes.
-600g cold water.
-200g tequila.
- 100g castor sugar.
- 100g sweetened condensed milk.
- Ice
- Lime slices (for garnish)

Method

-Thoroughly wash the limes, then cut off the ends and slice them into eighths.
-In a blender, add the sliced limes, granulated sugar, and 400g of cold water.
-Blend the mixture for about 10-15 seconds until the limes are roughly chopped. Do not over-blend, as it can cause the drink to become bitter.

-Rinse the blender to remove any remaining pulp, then pour the strained liquid back into the blender.
-Add the sweetened condensed milk and the remaining 200g of cold water and, 200g of tequila to the blender. Blend for an additional 10-15 seconds to combine all ingredients.
-Taste the Brazilian lemonade and adjust the sugar or water if needed to achieve your desired sweetness or dilution.
-Fill serving glasses with ice and pour the Brazilian lemonade over the top.
-Garnish each glass with a lime slice.
-Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Brazilian Lemonade.
