Summer Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 green cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots, grated
- 2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 of red onion, thinly sliced
- 30f of fresh cilantro, chopped
For the dressing:
- 100g of Greek yogurt
- 30g of fresh lime juice
- 15g of honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
-In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, sliced red bell pepper, diced pineapple, sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro.
-In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
-Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
-Serve chilled and enjoy your refreshing Summer slaw!
