Ingredients
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Method
-In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined. Set aside in the fridge.
