Prawn Cocktail Sandwich

SERVES: Serves 2

Ingredients

- 15 Prawns (de- shelled & de-veined)
- 15g Olive Oil
- 30g Cognac
- 4 slices of Seeded Brown Granary Bread (toasted)
- Mary Rose Sauce
- Pickled cucumbers
- Cracked Black Pepper

Method

- Mix the prawns, olive oil and cognac together in a bowl with a big pinch of salt & pepper.
- In a large frying pan, on a high heat, pour in your prawns and flambé.
- Once the flames are gone and the prawns are cooked and glazed, pour onto a flat tray and set aside in the fridge.
- Spread your Mary Rose Sauce across the toast.
- Lay on your pickled cucumbers
- Top with your Cognac glazed Prawns
- Douse with more Mary Rose Sauce, Sprinkle with cracked black pepper, close your sarnie and ENJOY!
