Mango Chutney

Cooking time: 10 mins

SERVES: Serves 6

Ingredients

- 2 Mangos (finely diced)
- 1/2 Red onion (finely diced)
- 4g Onion seeds
- 4g Cumin seeds
- 1 x Lime (zest and juice)
- Sugar (optional - if your mangos aren’t quite fully ripe)

Method

- Pour all the ingredients into a hot pan and fry on a high heat for 5 mins until you reach a chutney consistency. (Don’t over fry- we don’t want mango jam, although that would taste great too!)
- Pour into a bowl or jar ready to serve.
