Cranberry Chutney

Cooking time: 40 mins

SERVES: 8

Ingredients

150g Dried Cranberries
100g Frozen Summer Fruits
2 Oranges (juiced)
1 thumb of Ginger (finely diced)
75g Caster Sugar
200g Red Wine
Cracked Black Pepper (to taste)

Method

- On a medium-high heat, bring all the ingredients to a boil in a saucepan.
- Leave to reduce until you reach a thick chutney-like consistency. (Remember it will thicken more as it cools).
