Pigs in Blankets

SERVES: 8

Ingredients

-16 Rashers of Streaky Bacon
-8 Chipalata Sausages
-16 Sage Leaves
-Salt & pepper to taste
-drizzle of balsamic.

Method

-Line a baking tray with parchment paper and pre-heat your oven to 180°c.
-Lay 2 rashers of bacon flat across the tray then flatten together & place 2 sage leaves across the middle
-put your sausage on the end closest to you.
-Roll each one, creating your pigs in blankets. Then roast in an 180c oven for 15mins, serve, drizzle & enjoy!
