Nduja & Honey Spaghetti

Ingredients

50g Nduja.
50g honey.
200g fresh Pasta.
50g parmasan.
20g olive oil.
Flaked salt & Cracked black pepper.

Method

-Bring a pan of salted water turn the boil and plunge in your pasta for the required cooking time.
-In a large frying pan melt your Nduja, add your all of oil and squeeze in your honey.
-Add a couple of ladles of pasta water to the pan and bring to the boil and reduce slightly.
-pour your drain pasta over the sauce and toss vigourously to homogenise.
-Serve in a bowl last with more Parmesan and pepper.
