Chewy Caramel S’mores

Cooking time: 10 mins

SERVES: 6-8

Ingredients

- 1 pack Caramel Chocolate Digestive Biscuits

- 1 pack of marshmallow (the largest you can find)

- skewers

Method

- Place 1 marshmallow at a time onto a skewer and hover above an open fire (bbq & Campfires are perfect). turn continuously until you have an even, deep brown colour around the marshmallow.

- Sandwich the marshmallow inbetween 2 caramel chocolate digestive biscuits, ensuring the chocolate sides are on the inside, touching the hot toasted marshmallow so it can melt and go goey!

- Serves (with a napkin).. and enjoy!
