BBQ Brown Sugar Peaches

Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches
-100g brown sugar
- 1g ground cinnamon
- 50g unsalted butter cubed.
- Vanilla ice cream
Method
-Preheat your grill to medium heat.
-Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
-In a small pan, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon bring to a caramel, then stir in the butter.
-Place the peaches, cut side down, on the preheated grill.
-Grill for about 3-4 minutes, until grill marks appear and the peaches are slightly softened.
-Carefully flip the peaches using tongs and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
-Remove the peaches from the grill and let them cool slightly in your cinnamon, caramel basting over the top constantly.
-Serve each grilled peach half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
