Raspberry Gin, Lemon & Honey Fizz

Cooking time: 20 mins

SERVES: 2

Ingredients

-50g raspberries.
-20g honey.
-1/2 lemon juice.
-50ml gin
-top with soda or tonic.

Method

-Firstly, muddle together your raspberries and honey, if you don’t have a muddler, then use the end of a rolling pin in a pint glass. Just a sidenote I’m not sure if muddling with a muddler is a thing you basically just squash it all together. The Muddling Middleton.
-next up add your lemon juice and give it a stir with your gin, then strain over ice and top with your fizzy bits.
