Buttermilk & Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients

- 250g Mayonnaise
- 100g Buttermilk
- 50g Sour Cream
- 20g Cider Vinegar
- 1 Lemon zested & juiced
- Cracked Black Pepper
- 300g Blue cheese crumbled

Method

- Mix all ingredients together, pour into a dish and you’re ready to dip!
