Marie Rose Sauce

Ingredients

- 100g Black Pepper Mayonnaise
- 30g Ketchup
- 5g Smoked Paprika
- 50g Cognac (flambéed to 10g)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice

Method

- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Then set aside in the fridge.
