Horseradish Cream

SERVES: 6-8

Ingredients

-50g strong horseradish sauce.
-100g creme Fraîche.
-1 zest of lemon.
-pinch of Salt & Cracked Pepper.

Method

-Stick it all in a bowl give it a good mix and serve. You can keep this in the fridge for up to 3 days in advance.
