Cranberry Sauce

Cooking time: 30 mins

SERVES: 6-8

Ingredients

-40g Ginger Diced.
-200g dried Cranberries.
-100g frozen winter berries.
-1 Orange zested & juiced.
-350g port.
-50g sugar.

Method

-Place all ingredients into medium sized saucepan and reduce on medium heat for around 20 minutes, then transfer to a bowl, cover and store for up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Serve and enjoy.
