Apple Sauce

Cooking time: 20 mins

SERVES: 6-8

Ingredients

- 3 Pink Lady Apples
- 2 Granny Smith Apples
- Salt (to taste)
- Sugar (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Lemon Juice (to taste)

Method

- Peel and chop your apples before microwaving for 12-14 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
- Mash with a fork. (Keep it chunky if you like it that way, or mash fully for a smooth consistency).
- Season with a small squeeze of lemon juice, a pinch of sugar and pepper, and a tiny pinch of salt. Mix well, and serve.
