Romesco Sauce

Cooking time: 30 mins

SERVES: 4-6

Ingredients

-2x red peppers.
-2x tomatoes.
-200g olive oil.
-100g Red wine vinegar.
-1 clove of garlic.
-25g flaked almond.
-50g bread.
-flaked sea salt & Black pepper.

Method

-Cut your peppers and tomatoes and place them in a roasting tray with a good guzzle of oil & a flicker of salt and pepper. Roast at 190c for 10-15 minutes. Once roasted leave to call on the side for 10 minutes then add to a blender along with the rest of your ingredients, Blend in your kitchen aid blender until smooth and then serve.
