Melon & Kiwi Ice Lollies

SERVES: 4

Ingredients

- 300g ripe melon, honey dew.

- 4 ripe kiwis

- 30g honey.

- 100g coconut water.

Method

-Remove the skin and seeds from the melon, and chop it into small pieces. Then Peel the kiwis and cut them into small pieces.

-In a blender, combine the melon, kiwis, honey, and water. Blend until smooth.

-Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

-Insert the sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
