Pimm’s Ice Lollies

SERVES: 6

Ingredients

- 100ml Pimm's No. 1

- 60ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 300ml lemonade. 

-1/2 cucumber (diced)

-100g Strawberries (diced) 

- Fresh mint leaves (chopped, to taste)

Method

-In a jug combine all liquids & ingredients.

-pour into your ice lolly moulds and freeze for a minimum of 12 hours.

-De-mould and enjoy.
