Korean BBQ Hot Dogs

Ingredients

- Smoked large Hot Dogs
- 4 Hotdog Buns
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Red Chilli
- American Mustard
- Crispy Fried Onions
- 100g Pickles
- 100g Mayonnaise
- 100g Kimchi
- 1 small bunch of Chives (finely sliced)
- 50g butter
- 100g Ketchup
- 50g Korean BBQ Sauce
- 10g black sesame seeds

Method

- Finely slice your chilli & spring onions and place in ice cold water until curled and crunchy.
- Chop your pickles and kimchi, before mixing in a bowl with chopped chives.
- In a small bowl, mix together American mustard and mayonnaise, then set aside.
- In a second small bowl, mix together ketchup and Korean BBQ sauce. Then set aside.
- On a medium heat, fry or BBQ your big dogs in butter until golden brown, then do the same to your hotdog buns until beautifully toasted.
- Place a dog in each bun, and cover with the kimchi pickles. Drizzle over the mustard mayonnaise, and Korean BBQ ketchup, top with crispy fried onions, a pinch of black sesame seeds, and your crisp, fresh spring onions & chilli. Grab your dog…. And ENJOY!
