Sage & Onion Stuffing

SERVES: 8-10

Ingredients

-1 Onion.
-2 Cloves of Garlic.
-400g Sausage.
-30g butter.
-100g fresh breadcrumbs.
-100g chopped Chestnuts.
-30g Sage. Finley sliced.
-30g parsley. Finley Sliced.
-10g garlic powder.
-3g dried oregano.
-Flacked salt & Cracked Black-pepper.

Method

-Finely chop your onion and garlic then sweat in a medium pan on a low heat with your butter and a good pinch of salt and pepper for around 5 to 10 minutes, until soft and translucent.
-In a big metal bowl place your sausage meat, fresh breadcrumbs, chop chestnuts, sweated onion and garlic, sage, parsley, garlic powder, dried oregano and a good pinch of salt and pepper.
-Mix with a Gloved hand until fully Combined then remove your gloves, get a little bowl of cold water to wet your hands and ball the stuffing into balls.
-Roast in a 185° oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked.
-Serve and enjoy.
