Ingredients

- 3 Pickles
- 6 Pickled Onions
- 4 Pickled Chillies (add/take away depending on your preferred level of heat)
- 50g Apple Cider Vinegar
- 150g Water
- 50g Sugar
- 2g Black Mustard Seeds
- 2g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 2g Fennel Seeds
- 2g Coriander Seeds

Method

- Blitz the pickled ingredients in a food processor until fine.
- Pour into a pan and add the remaining ingredients.
- Reduce on a high heat until all the liquid has evaporated. Then set aside.
